Owners, Jason and Jerry, are both Eagle Scouts, Order of the Arrow Members, and both actively contribute to BSA training, leadership, and education in camp outs, merit badges, Court of Honor Ceremonies, and Pinewood Derby Races. As a young man, Jerry was honored with the God and Country Award, and Jason received the Duty to God and On My Honor Awards.
Cherrelyn Animal Hospital supports the Girl Scouts of Colorado through the purchase and thorough "Taste Testing" of many, MANY of the finest cookies made in America. We also work with local troops and individuals on demonstrations of animal care.
Cherrelyn Animal Hospital takes great pride in it's financial contributions made to The Children's Hospital of Colorado to better aid the research and treatments for the children of Colorado.

Owner, Jason King, is a licensed H.A.M. Radio Operator and serves the community as an Emergency Communications Operator and Emergency Preparedness Specialist.

Cherrelyn Animal Hospital provides job shadowing, on-site training, and externship opportunities for the various Veterinary Technician Programs and Accredited Schools of Colorado.
Through the installation of our Fire Knox Box, agreements with local law enforcement, as well as fire and emergency medical services, we have made our medical facility available for local aid (to humans*) in the event of community distress, area disaster, or general need for shelter and/or emergency assistance.
